Hi family, Gary is in the kitchen chopping jalapenos for salsa. I cut my thumb pretty good and honestly can't do it myself ~~ really. Lots of news on both of my blogs, I'll try to catch you up here.
Preschool started this past Wednesday for me. It has been an awesome week! I have 17 new friends on MWF and 15 new friends on TTH. Anywhere from 6 to 10 of them stay for aftercare. Wed. was the first day and I have never had a first day go so well. Class starts at 8 and at 8:03 every parent was out of the room, the door was shut and we were on our way!! ZERO separation anxiety! I guess the preschool meet and greet worked! I am absolutely loving it. So far I have been called: Mizz Webz, Mrs Webster, Miss Web, many say Mrs. Weber and of course there are always the ones who think my name is teacher, teacher. Marv, I have one little girl who has given me a puppet show three days in a row! I do have a picture but I think I left it at school.
Anyway, enough about me.........Sue, the next time your daughter is admitted to the hospital, you should call us!! There might not be anything we can do but we can certainly pray for her and you two also!! I am glad to know she is doing well now.
Dave and Donna, congratulations on 15 years! I had it on my calendar to send you a card but the last two weeks have been crazy, I apologize. 15 years should have netted a pretty nice gift though :-)
We talked to Hannah last weekend and today I got to talk to her on skype. I got to see her too but the video wasn't going too good so we just used audio. (darn, I wanted to see if she was keeping her room clean!) I was able to "meet" one of her roommates before she turned off video so that was cool and then occasionally she chimed in in the background telling me how crazy Hannah is! HA!
I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. Gary and I plan to work around the house (there is much that needs doing), sleep in, go for a bike ride, get together with friends, stuff like that.
